Covid-19 & Cancer : The A.P.E.X. Strategy

Cancer incidence is increasing worldwide, because cancer cells are multiplying at a faster rate than our immune system can eliminate.

Cancer patients with COVID-19 die at three times the rate of non-cancer patients with the disease, according to findings released by the COVID-19 & Cancer Consortium, or CCC19. What can you do to avoid getting infected with coronavirus if you have been diagnosed with cancer? I want to introduce you to the A.P.E.X. Strategy:

A is to avoid community contact adopt a mask and stop the spread.

P is protecting ourselves also promoting hand washing and the use of cotton gloves.

E is to enjoy a variety of vegetables spices and herbs with the maximum amount of nutrients and strengthen the immune system.

X is used to reduce the amount of grains and grain flour products you eat reducing your intake of grains.

This important because when grains are digested they are absorbed by the body in the form of glucose and it is glucose that provides fuel for both the multiplication of cancer cells and further virus production in the body. By eliminating grains, we are limiting the growth of cancer cells. Even when you are a cancer survivor, there may be a hidden cancer cell in your body. By reducing the amount of glucose available we can limit the growth of cancer cells so that our own immune system can solve a problem, those related to cancer and the virus.

Surviving Cancer

Surviving Cancer: A New Perspective on Why Cancer Happens & Your Key Strategies for a Healthy Life

This book will be an invaluable resource for anyone who has already been diagnosed with cancer localized to a single site of origin and not yet colonized in another part of the body. It is also for anyone who believes they are at risk of cancer due to heredity, lifestyle, working conditions, stress levels, or for any other reason.

And finally, this book is especially important for anyone with Type 2 diabetes, a population that is twice as likely to develop certain types of cancer compared to individuals who do not have diabetes.
